Capabilities
What we build, run and fix.
A full-spectrum technology lab: strategy through delivery through operations. Every practice below is staffed in-house. We do not subcontract the hard parts.
Engagement models
Structured to match your certainty.
Well-defined problems get fixed scope. Evolving ones get a dedicated team. Decisions get advisory.
Project delivery
A fixed scope with a defined outcome, delivered by a cross-functional squad. Best when the problem is well understood and the finish line is clear.
- Fixed scope & milestones
- Cross-functional squad
- Defined acceptance criteria
Dedicated team
An embedded team that works as an extension of yours: your backlog, your ceremonies, our engineers, designers and QA.
- Monthly capacity
- Your process & tooling
- Scales up or down quarterly
Technology advisory
Architecture review, due diligence, cloud cost analysis or a second opinion before a large commitment. Short, sharp and independent.
- 2 – 6 week engagements
- Written recommendations
- No downstream obligation
Delivery
The same five stages, every time.
Sized to the engagement, never skipped. Predictability is the point.
Discover
1 – 2 weeks
We sit with the people who will use the system. We map the workflow that exists today, find where value leaks, and agree what success will be measured by before a line of code is written.
Architect
1 – 3 weeks
Solution architecture, data model and integration surface. We choose boring technology where it is sufficient and modern technology where it earns its place, then write the decisions down.
Build
Two-week increments
Cross-functional squads working in short increments. Every increment ends with something demonstrable in a real environment, reviewed with you, not with a status report.
Harden
1 – 2 weeks
Performance, security, accessibility and failure modes. We load-test, pen-test and rehearse the restore before launch rather than discovering the gaps during one.
Operate
Ongoing
Launch, then monitoring, iteration and support under a defined agreement, or a structured handover to your own team, with the knowledge transferred rather than assumed.
Next step
Which of these do you need?
If you are not sure, that is a good reason to talk. Discovery exists to answer exactly that question.
